Adam and his mum and dad loved budgies.
亚当和他的父母非常喜欢虎皮鹦鹉。
They had blue ones and yellow ones, green ones and white ones.
他们有一只蓝色的、黄色的、绿色的和白色的。
The budgies were in a big cage in the back garden.
虎皮鹦鹉都在后花园中的大笼子中。
One day, Dad put a lock on the cage door.
一天，爸爸把笼子锁上了锁。
"This is g very good lock." he said to Adam.
他对亚当说，这把锁非常好。
"Now no one can open the cage and take the budgies away." said Adam.
亚当说，没有人能够打开这把锁，并把虎皮鹦鹉带走。
The next day,Day went out to the budgie cage.
第二天，爸爸去看虎皮鹦鹉的笼子。
He had some food for the budgies.
他给虎皮鹦鹉带了一些吃的。
He opened the door with the key, and he went in .
他用钥匙打开了锁，并走了进去。
Dad left the key in the lock on the outside of the cage.
爸爸把钥匙放在了锁上。
Then the wind blew the door shut .
一阵风吹来，门关上了。
Now Dad was locked inside,and the key was on the outside.
爸爸被锁在了里面，而钥匙在外面。
"Oh , no!" he said."Adam is at school and Mum is out .I'm stuck in here!"
他说，不。亚当在学校，妈妈又出去了。我被困在了里面。
Adam came home on the school bus and ran inside.
亚当坐着校车回到了家，他跑进了里面。
"Dad, I'm home !" he called.
他喊道，爸爸我回来了。
But Dad was not in the house .
但是，爸爸没在房间里。
Adam ran outside to look for him .
杨当跑到外面来找他。
"Dad !" he shouted."Where are you?"
他叫喊到，爸爸，你在哪？
Dad called out to Adam.
爸爸叫喊着亚当。
"Help !" he cried.
他喊叫到，救命。
"I'm locked in the budgie cage."
我被所在了虎皮鹦鹉的笼子中。
Adam ran over to the cage.
亚当跑到笼子边。
"You do look funny ,Dad." Said Adam.
亚当说，爸爸，你看起来真有趣。
He stared to laugh and so did Dad .
他开始大笑起来，爸爸也开始笑了起来。
"Stop laughing and let me out ."said Dad.
爸爸说，别笑了，快让我出去。
"You were right ,Dad." said Adam.
亚当说，对。
"It was a very good lock."
