Being thoughtful simply means thinking of others before yourself.
为别人设想的意思就是在想到自己之前先替别人着想。

因此，在你说或做任何事情之前先想一下是很重要的。
In this way, you can avoid hurting others' feelings.
这样的话，你可以避免伤害别人的感情。

此外，欠缺考虑的行动或言论也可能破坏完美的关系。

If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything.
如果你没有好话要说就什么也不要说；
Likewise if you think what you do will hurt others,don't do it
同样地，如果你认为你所做的事会伤人的话，那么就别做它。
