投出一个完美的投篮对我来说毫不费力
Wherever i releasethat shot
不管在哪出手
I just feel serene and quiet
我都富有激情，但又十分沉着
It's only me and the rim and basketball
仿佛这个世界只有我、篮筐和篮球
With my height to have an impact to be a player that I want to be
想要凭借身高来成为一个我想成为的运动员
I need to change my shot
我需要改变我的投篮方式
and that was gonna be something I will be benifical for the long term
那应该是一种可以让我长期受益的投篮方式
The process started just breaking my shot down from the initial release to the follow through
改变投篮需要完全分解我的投篮动作，从投篮出手到投篮出手后手的跟进
There were days i couldn't get the ball to the rim
太难适应了，有时候投篮都碰不到框
There were days i couldn't go outside to paint area
甚至出了油漆区就不会打球了
I was very frustrated to not be able to shoot the way that I wanted to
当时因为达不到我想要的效果而非常懊恼
The hardest part of the process was definitely the patience but if I just start to get better everyday
最难的部分肯定是耐心，不过，一旦我每天都进步那么一点点
Eventually I will be able to shoot where I want to anywhere on the floor
最后我想在哪投都能进球
I went through some tough days, but found a way to just persevere and see it through
我经历了一些磨难，但我坚持下来，看到了前进的方向
this start from great base and great foundation
起始于强大的基础
allows everything to feel perfect
让一切都感觉自然、完美
I can do all things.
