The best service I've ever had.

Lev responded my message fairly quick, and came out on time to our appointment.

My problem was evaporator vent stopped in GE profile refrigerator. Lev carefully disassembled bottom freezer to access all components in the back. He explained clearly how both thermal sensor and heater are functional, and it's vent's problem.

Replacement was done after that, he brought up the fridge and waited to confirm everything was running, before writing the bill. And the job is under 6 months warranty!!
