*First
time review* What a hidden gem! This location used to be a different Italian restaurant and it has been fully remodeled and had a huge overhaul. I saw "hidden gem" as you're not expecting such an extravagant interior, bar and outdoor area from the outside. It's in a corner across from the shoreline movie theatre's.
My friend and I wanted to dress up and have a lovely evening with good food but didn't want to drive to SF, Palo Alto or a downtown area. We also love Italian food so we checked out this place!
Everything was 10/10!
We ordered the burrata with heirloom tomatoes as an appetizer, fettuccini pescatore, mushroom and black truffle risotto, chocolate cake + cappuccino and hot tea.
-The burrata was perfectly soft 5/5
-Fettucini pescatore 5/5 the shrimp, salmon, clams all cooked beautifully! The sauce had a kick to it and I loved it so much. The noodles were handmade and very fresh! Big portion too
-Mushroom black truffle risotto 5/5 I had a bite of my friends and it was rich, perfectly cooked and very flavorful! Big portion as well.
-Chocolate cake 4/5 it was good, perfect to share after eating a big meal
Interior, outdoor, bar, wait staff 5/5! I Cannot wait to come back here for my birthday in Feb
